Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WHITTINGTON HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 June 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 June 2012 at 11.05am.
