Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of
E S LINEBERRY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the
High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 4 July 2012 at 11.07am.
We fix 5 August 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
