Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 January 2012 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PAULA KEARNS CA LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 January 2012 at 5.00pm.
