The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation by a special resolution of shareholders dated
16 December 2011 at 10.21am, on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Gareth Russel Hoole was appointed liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidator does not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the company is solvent, the directors having passed a resolution to that effect.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidator of that request, in writing, by 13 January 2012.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 January 2012 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
