Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 2 July 2012, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that KINGSWAY AUTOS LIMITED and LIGHT TRADING LIMITED are liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.
The liquidations commenced on 2 July 2012 at 2.10pm and 2.15pm respectively.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 17 July 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
