Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on
17 January 2012 at 7.00pm.
Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held on Friday 3 February 2012 at 10.30am in the board room at Admirals Motor Lodge, 161 Middle Renwick Road, Blenheim.
Purpose of Meeting
1. Confirm or otherwise the appointment of Geoff Falloon as liquidator.
2. Consider the liquidator’s statement of affairs.
3. Consider whether or not to appoint a liquidation committee.
Note - Proxies
To attend and vote, those persons trading as a company or partnership will need to be appointed as the company
or partnership proxy.
Proxy/voting forms have been sent to all creditors.
The signed forms are required to be in the hands of the liquidator by 5.00pm on Thursday 2 February 2012.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 29 February 2012 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date and a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
