On 18 June 2012 at 10.51am, the shareholders
of NU-DAX INVERCARGILL LIMITED, NU-DAX MOSGIEL LIMITED and NU-DAX QUEENSTOWN LIMITED passed special resolutions putting the companies into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the companies.
Creditors should file claims by 23 July 2012.
