Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 June 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that SUMICH PLUMBING
& DRAINAGE LIMITED be liquidated and that Samuel Michael William Bassett, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 June 2012.
