Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of KCL LABOUR HIRE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 11 June 2012 at 11.15am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 9 July 2012 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of KCL LABOUR HIRE LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
