Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that THE WEST COAST BREWERY LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High
Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 29 May 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2012 at 10.27am.
Creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators,
