Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHAIA TE ORANGA WAIRUA ROOPU LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 May 2012 at 2.22pm.
We fix 22 June 2012 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
