Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that Peter Esmond Farrell, of Rotorua, and Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, have been appointed by the High Court at Rotorua as joint and several liquidators of the above-named charitable trust.
The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2012 at 2.30pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 29 June 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
