Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of CHARACTER WITH QUALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 30 May 2012 at 1.20pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 25 June 2012 as the last day on or before which the creditors of CHARACTER WITH QUALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
