Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LEADERSHIP FOCUS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 May 2012 at 11.57am.
We fix 27 July 2012 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
