Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
James Bruce Alfred McAlister, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on
25 May 2012 at 4.17pm.
The liquidator has fixed 22 June 2012 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
