Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
On 16 January 2012 at 4.02pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FPCMMXI LIMITED
be liquidated and that Anne Marie Martin be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator fixes 24 February 2012 as the day on or before which, the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
