Take notice that PROPERTY VENTURES LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 July 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 27 July 2010 at 11.01am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 13 June 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
