Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 December 2011 at 2.30pm, it was resolved
by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that MERONA LIMITED
(in liquidation) and SOUTHERN DEER CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that
Duncan Fea, chartered accountant of Queenstown, and
Chris O’Connor, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidations commenced on 19 December 2011 at 9.30pm.
The liquidators do hereby fix 26 January 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors and the shareholder may direct enquiries to us during the normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
