Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants
both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JOHN MILL AND ASSOCIATES LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 May 2012 at 10.43am.
We fix 11 July 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
