Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of FULL ON PLUMBING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 17 May 2012 at 7.30am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 11 June 2012 as the last day on or before which the creditors of FULL ON PLUMBING LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
