Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of SKELLY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on
15 May 2012 at 12.11pm, the members having passed
a special resolution appointing a liquidator by entry in
the company minute book.
The liquidator appointed by the special resolution of shareholders is Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant
of Christchurch, who previously had been appointed interim liquidator of the company on 11 May 2012 at 2.18pm by order of the High Court at Christchurch.
The appointment of the interim liquidator ended on 15 May 2012 at 12.11pm, when the petitioning creditor discontinued liquidation proceedings before the High Court, at which time the special resolution of shareholders came into effect.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 18 June 2012 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
