Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 May 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A W HARNETT LIMITED be liquidated and that Kathryn de Bruin, chartered accountant of Dargaville, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 May 2012.
