Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 4 May 2012 at 9.23am, the shareholders of the
above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into voluntary liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency, and that Craig McCoy and Bevan Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint and several liquidators.
