Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 7 May 2012 at 10.40am, Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk were appointed joint and several replacement liquidators of LUXTA LIMITED (in liquidation) ("the company") by the High Court at Wellington, following an application pursuant to sections 241AA and 283 of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2012 following the shareholder special resolution placing the company into liquidation whereby Digby John Noyce was originally appointed liquidator.
We fix 22 June 2012 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
