Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of PUKAPUKA COMMUNITY OF NEW ZEALAND INCORPORATED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 May 2012 at 11.30am.
We fix 15 June 2012 as the day by which the creditors of
the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
