Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of A HOME FOR YOU LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 May 2012 at 10.21am.
We fix 22 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
