Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 20 December 2011 at 1.00pm, it was resolved
by special resolution of the directors, pursuant to
section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993,
that BENZONI CATERING KITCHEN LIMITED and TURNER CATERING HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 17 February 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any person claiming a security interest over property must make immediate contact with the office of the liquidator.
