Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 11th day of January 2012:
"That the Directors of the Company having recommended that the Company be placed in Liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that the Company is placed into Liquidation from 16 January 2012 and that Bryce Henry Harris is appointed Liquidator."
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 16 February 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
