On 24 April 2012 at 1.02pm, it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRONWYN HOLDINGS LIMITED and BRONWYN PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 8 June 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
