Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 April 2012 at Auckland, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Clive Bish, chartered accountant of KDB Business Advisory Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with immediate effect.
