Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 March 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that M G C DARROCH HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Dan Johnston, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2012.
