Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
David Vance and Barry Jordan, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the society by resolution of the members of the society, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on the date and time below:
31 March 2012
GREENHOUSE POLICY COALITION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) at 11.59pm.
By resolution dated the 20th day of March 2012, it was resolved that immediately on appointment of liquidators the society would satisfy the solvency test.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 4 May 2012 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
