Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 March 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TMC 1986 LIMITED be liquidated and that Murray Patrick Winder, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2012 at 12.00 midday.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
