Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 March 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that ANDERSON KNIGHTLY ENTERPRISES LIMITED be liquidated and that Russell Kelvin David Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 March 2012 at 2.00pm.
A certificate of solvency has been signed by the director of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 11 May 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
