Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 March 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that W POTTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Mark Hughson, accountant of Hawera, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 March 2012.
