Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
John Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 5 April 2012 at 12.10pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named company fixes 20 May 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
