Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LONGVIEW POULTRY FARM 2004 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 April 2012 at 10.33am.
We fix 16 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
