Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of ROCKAPE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 March 2012 at 10.16am.
We fix 8 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
