Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholder.
The liquidation commenced on 23 March 2012 at 2.45pm.
The liquidator does hereby fix 3 May 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
