David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PEACOCKS PAINTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 March 2012 at 11.00am.
We fix 28 September 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
