Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, of Christchurch, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of DONGEO HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation), by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 16 March 2012 at 10.04am.
We fix 27 April 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
