Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HESTER TRUST ANDMINISTRATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 19 March 2012 at 11.36am.
We understand the company was the trustee of the Wicklow Trust.
We fix 14 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority.
