Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COMPUTER POWER (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 March 2012 at 10.38am.
We fix 4 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
