Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 16 March 2012, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that BIGGIE BEST NZ LIMITED be liquidated
and that Mike Fisher and Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 16 March 2012 at 4.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 April 2012.
