Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 14 March 2012, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce of RES Corporate Services Limited, was appointed liquidator of HOURLYWORK SERVICES LIMITED
(in liquidation) and TORRENT FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has 20 April 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
