Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Pattison, of Napier, and John Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OCEANIC PACIFIC SALVAGE AND STEEL LIMITED by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 March 2012 at 10.43am.
We fix Friday 13 April 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
