Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MIRAGE AUDIO VISUAL LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 March 2012 at 11.00am.
We fix 18 April 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
