Notice is hereby given that on 28 February 2012, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that SURREY APARTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Rudolf Johannes Theunissen, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 28 February 2012 at 3.00pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 3 May 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
