Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator
of ESQUIRES PALMERSTON COFFEE LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the shareholders on 9 March 2012 at 12.35pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 6 April 2012 as the last day on or before which the creditors of ESQUIRES PALMERSTON COFFEE LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
