Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, David Sean Webb and Brett Stephen Lord, of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several liquidators of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholder on 6 March 2012.
The liquidation commenced on 6 March 2012 at 4.45pm, being the date and time of consent to our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of CAPITAL
+ MERCHANT INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), we fix 13 April 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
